Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the PureNest Family website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors. Product images are for illustration purposes; slight variations may occur.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age in your province. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.
Shipping
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. PureNest Family is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@purenest.ca within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund once the item is received. Opened items may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by PureNest Family and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureNest Family is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
