Estimated delivery times
Times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the order date. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@purenest.ca.

Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet — we currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories only.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@purenest.ca and we will do our best to update the address before it ships.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Take a photo and email us at hello@purenest.ca within 48 hours. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee depending on your province.
